Every PickedIn coloring book is made to order with your child’s name and photo. Because each book is one of a kind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges — except when there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Defects & Errors
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email info@pickedin.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of ordering, as long as production hasn’t started. Once your book enters production we can no longer cancel it, since it’s being made specifically for your child.
Damaged in Transit
If the package arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos — we’ll take care of you.
