Orders & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation email.
Personalization Content
By uploading a photo you confirm that: (1) you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, or otherwise have full rights to it; and (2) you grant PickedIn a limited license to use the photo solely to design and produce your order. We never use your content for anything else without your written permission.
Acceptable Use
Uploads must not contain unlawful, offensive, or third-party copyrighted material. We may decline any order at our discretion with a full refund.
Intellectual Property
The artwork styles, scene designs, and brand assets remain the property of PickedIn. The physical book you purchase is yours to enjoy forever.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order.
