PickedIn (pickedin.org) creates personalized gifts for children, including our custom coloring books. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Order information — your name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
- Personalization content — the child’s first name and the photo you upload so we can create the artwork.
- Payment information — payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic analytics and cookies that help us improve the store.
Children’s Photos
Photos are uploaded by a parent or legal guardian, and are used only to create your personalized product. We do not sell or share them. We never use your child’s photo or finished artwork in our marketing without your explicit written permission. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by emailing info@pickedin.net.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to fulfill your order: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers, and our internal order-management system. We never sell your personal information.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep order records as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
